Cannot update pages – sent to homepage after attempt

    Hi everyone

    I’ve been building my site just fine everything was running smoothly – I logged out over lunch but when I logged back in I can no longer make page updates. I can get into a page to edit it, click update – and I am sent to the homepage of my site where nothing has happened – if I then go back in page editing it is as if I never even touched it. This problem is effecting all pages I cannot change anything not even theme appearance changes.

    The only thing that was changed during this that could have effected it was that I changed the http to https – but after talking to my host they said this was not the issue causing it.

    I’m a wordpress beginner so this has completely baffled me
    I would greatly appreciate any help anyone can offer

    Hi,

    What method did you use to change from http to https? Did you try clearing all your cookies and cache in your browser and try it again?
