# Cannot update .htaccess

 * Hello!
 * I just downloaded Wp Super cache in the hopes of speeding up my bwoser caching,
   however I’m getting the following error within the plug in : “cannot update .
   htaccess
 * My initial though was that one of my security plugins (I use iThemes security&
   Wordfence) were maybe blocking it. However, i found what i thought would be the
   relevant section in themes “remove file writing permissions” and unchecked it.
   Still no luck.
