Cannot unsubscribe from a forum

Hi

I unsubscribed from a forum and I see in my account, that I am not subscribed in any forum.
Despite i receive daily more than 20-30 mails from the unsubscribed forum (GDPR).

Please help me to stop this mail-tsunami…

It may be a caching thing. I did the trick that forces wp.org to clear that cache, so let me know if it helped.

Hmmmm… Steve, you did which trick? I have no idea how to clean the cache. I did it in my firefox but the mails still coming in…

The cache thing is on the wp.org side. Try going to that support area, subscribing, then unsubscribing.

Forgive me – I cannot understand what you mean. First of all, English is a foreign language for me as word press too…..

If I go to wp.org and type in the search field “cache”, several cache plugins appear. But not a manual how to clean that ….cache..
Or a link to a cache thing…

I did what you mentioned. Several times on different days. But it doesn’t work – the mails are still coming…
