Support » Everything else WordPress » cannot unsubscribe

  • Suddenly my email input is absolutely flooded. I have gone through each Forum to see if I have any ticked for subscribe and I see none. I check under my profile and my ‘subscribes’ show 0. What else could it be? I would be grateful for help.

    Where are you looking to see if you’re subscribed?

    I am doing login then going to Support and checking the forums I have looked at. There it shows if you are subscribed or not. Today I got 105 emails…at witts end!

    There are a couple of places you can look, can you give more detail of where you are looking?

    Thank you Andrew. I have only looked where I have been and that is the Forums, in two subjects where I asked a question. Checking my name shows no current subscriptions for email notifications. I have now put a block on WP Forums but that is not ideal of course, just a temporary fix. Do you know where else I should look?

    @wysewun: Look at the emails you’re getting. Do they say you’re subscribed to a theme or plugin? If you subscribed to a whole section, then you’ll get emails from that whole section.
