 * What might be the below error message?
 * This is very fresh installation of 2.2 with NO plugins and default theme. Its
   running on w2k3 server with php5.x and mySql 4.1.
 * I get the below error message every once a while I surf on the admin area.
 * I got the error while Im publishing a page, deleting a page, just clicking on
   the manage/categories link etc.
    Refreshing the page sometimes work but mostly
   doesnt. Weird!
 * Fatal error: Cannot unset string offsets in D:\…\…\www\wp-includes\functions.
   php on line 360
