Cannot type in payment box in woocommerce

Hello!

I hear the same thing from all my customers! They cannot type in their credit card informations because the payment box gets “grey” after entering their address, and they cannot type anything! It is almost like its disables.

Hope you have a solution for this. It would be great!

I can see the problem.

Consider a theme update. The current version of Artificer is 1.3.16
http://dzv365zjfbd8v.cloudfront.net/changelogs/artificer/changelog.txt
It may not make any difference but its a place to start.

If its still not working, make sure your PayMill plugin is up-to-date.

PayMill is not a wordpress.org plugin so it cannot be supported here. You will need to take this up with PayMill tech support.

Can it have something to do with JAVA? A customer told me, that after he updated his JAVA it didn’t work anymore.

It is not only the PayMill plugin that doesn’t work. It is also PayPal and Bank transfer option.

My artificier theme is up to date.
All plugins are up to date.

But still doesn’t work.
I think it has something to do with a new version of JAVA or Windows 10 – does anybody have the same problem?

In common with WordPress practice, a theme’s version is shown in style.css
http://alverdens-voks.dk/wp-content/themes/artificer/style.css
and you have version 1.3.4.

The current version is 1.3.16 as given by the changelog:
http://dzv365zjfbd8v.cloudfront.net/changelogs/artificer/changelog.txt

That’s 12 updates. As I say, updating may not make any difference but its a place to start.

A new version of JavaScript or Windows 10 is unlikely to be the culprit here. There are further debug steps to try after updating.

I have updated and still doesn’t work.

I have tried to ask PayMil – maybe they have a solution.
