 * I don’t want the comment boxes to show on the bottom of the page, but although
   I set the “Discussion” settings off – I do NOT get the check boxes at the bottom
   of each Page editor where I can UNCHECK the “Display comments” or whatever it
   was called in previous WordPress versions. How can I turn off the comments?
