    WP: 6.1.1
    WPML: 4.5.14
    WPML String Translation: 3.2.3
    Premium Addons: 4.9.41
    main language: english
    secondary language: italian

i have a page in english with the Premium Blog widget with filters enabled and query set to specific categories. i then have the page translation in italian.

posts and categories/filters appear translated just fine, the “All” filter does not seem translatable. i see the string in widgets/premium-blog.php:

    'default'   => __( 'All', 'premium-addons-for-elementor' ),

it does not appear in WPML when translating the page, so i’ve used WPML String Translation to scan the Premium Addons plugin, searched for the string and assigned “Tutto” as translation.

unfortunately the string keeps appearing as “All” in the italian translation.

you can see the problem explained in this image

thanks for any solution you can provide

    Hi @maxgx,

I believe this is more related to something in the code itself that needs to be checked by our devs team. So, please send us a message on our website so the team can check and update here with the solution.

    Hi @maxgx

Did you try to change the “All” string from widget settings -> Content tab -> Advanced Settings -> First Tab Label option?

would this mean editing the translated post directly, not via WPML?

the original post is in english, it was translated using WPML editor, and the “First Tab Label option” is not amongst the options.

    i’ll try your suggestion.

    thanks @leap13 that worked!

so, the trick is to switch to the secondary language, edit the post with Elementor, select the Premium Blog widget, in Content tab -> Advanced Settings, set the First Tab Label to whatever translation is required.
