# Cannot start

 * I install this plugin and activate it. Then I press install button and press 
   ok to that two confirm messages. After that I press Start button. But nothing
   happen. Only page refreshing . Am I doing something wrong?

 * At this stage, we are aware of two issues that users are experiencing and that
   is security related and performance related.
 * – Firstly, are you running a security plugin that hardens WordPress installs 
   by creating custom .htaccess files such as Bullet Proof Security?
    – Secondly,
   do you have a lot of pages/posts – and I am talking hundreds or even thousands
   of posts?
 * It would be interested to check out what may be going on, so if you can provide

 * Could you please tell me me know more about that issue.
 * Is this the first time you use the Plugin or this is an upgrade process? Do you
   mean that after the installation process the refresh take you to the installation
   process page again and again?
 * Please provide some explanation in order to get this solved.

 * Thank you wipeoutmedia for your replies. There is a some issue with my project.
   I try everything. But I using this plugin for another web site and it works.
