    Hi,

    I cannot connect the plugin to Hubspot. I got stuck at the second step – Set up groups & properties in HubSpot.

    I get this error in the browser:

    I have a exactly same problem from this morning.
    Because we can not send auto email to our customer, We have a very serious problem now.
    please help me to solve it.

    Hello,

    As per your issue shared, I found out that there’s an authorization error as per the error shared by you, so to resolve this please reconnect your HubSpot account to the store and let us know if it’s fixed or not.

    I am getting same error. i did install it on new site and installation is fresh.

    I have the same problem as well, even I made a fresh clean installation and error is the same, it throws unauthorized response on second step:

    {name: "abandoned_cart"
    response: "Unauthorized"
    status_code: 401}
