  • Cannot set cookies as site-wide cookies.

    When I set cookies as site-wide cookies and save changes don’t stick.

    I’ve tried deleting triggers, deleting cookies, adding new popup. but it does not work.

  • This took me a while to figure out too.

    First set the “Cookies control the repeat display of a popup” section. You’ll create an EVENT cookie on “pop up close” for example. ****Note the name of the cookie.***

    Then in the section above that says “Cookies control the repeat display of a popup”, you’ll create a TYPE. I chose auto open/time. Set the time and then choose the cookie you just created above. That’s what I was missing.

    And it worked.

    @alfonsofernandezyf, @rscarter1 – Sorry for the delay.

    There was/is a bug in the checkbox there, sorry about that. I believe (will confirm) its fixed in v1.8 which will go into beta shortly and be available later this month.

    Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin or support.

    Hi, I just installed v 1.8 but still cannot set regular cookie instead of site wide cookie.

    I hope you can fix it soon.
