Cannot send products to catalogue

    Got this error:

    Errors
    Products on your website can’t be automatically added to your catalogue because of these issues.
    Errors
    A required field is missing: id
    A required field is missing: price
    A required field is missing: availability

    So there are meta tags missing and pixel cannot sync the woocommerce products with Facebook catalogue.

    How to fix?

    I’d be glad to help you get this sorted.

    I’ve got a couple of questions for you to help narrow down what’s going on here:

    1) Did you have an existing pixel on your site prior to installing the plugin?
    2) If not, did you install the pixel via the plugin or manually?
    3) Could you confirm for us that your products are not displaying in your Facebook catalogue, or that possibly some are updating and others are not?

    I’d also like to better understand your site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

    Once we have that information, we’ll be in a better place to help.
