# Cannot Send E-Mails?

 * Hello everyone,
 * I’m using contact form 7 on my website. However, whenever the user enters the
   data (which is the default fields) they get an error message telling them to 
   try again later.
 * I’ve scoured the forums and support pages but I can’t find a fix. It isn’t a 
   spam issue as I have a different message that pops up for spam.
 * The website: [http://digital3rd.org/](http://digital3rd.org/)
    The host: GoDaddy
 * I’m an apprentice and do not have access to the c-panel and it is my apprenticeship
   company’s website.
 * The “From” field is an email address with the same domain as the website. It 
   is actually the same as the WordPress account.
 * The “To” field is a Gmail address.
 * Everything else is the default settings that come with Contact Form 7.

 * Thank you for your reply. However, as I said I’ve read that and the support pages
   but they aren’t very beginner friendly and the problems and solutions posted 
   on this forum don’t solve the issue. I’ve tried Postman SMTP but that still doesn’t
   work either.
 * I’m aware I may have to contact our host but I’m not entirely sure what I’m asking
   them to do. Asking “My contact form is broken, fix it” is a bit vague.
 * Any ideas what I should be asking my host to do?

 * We are having this same issue. I am unable to figure out how to search for the
   answer as well since the color we get is not listed in the options in FAQ. Would
   love to know a fix to this.
