# Cannot select saved cards

 * Hello Heartland Devs,
 * I’m reporting a concern raised by my employer. She said that she is unable to
   select saved cards on the checkout page. Please see video link for reference.

 * I tried to replicate this issue by switching to our sandbox credentials but I
   am unable to replicate it because the test cards do not generate a token it seems
   and cannot be saved.
