 * It is loaded successfully in both Chrome and Firefox for me. Try to clear the
   cache if you have cache plugin.
 * Only on the home page, the top news is not displayed /but it is displayed on 
   the other pages/, which is probably some problem with Owl Carousel

 * The message “Error establishing a database connection” indicates that WordPress
   cannot connect to the database. This database is provided by your hosting provider.
   I would therefore recommend that you first contact their support team so they
   can look into this for you.
