Cannot select category I made

    My blog uses 2.3.1 and there are currently four categories. When I go to write a post, one of the categories I created cannot be checkmarked. It’s not the default one, either.

    Someone told me to delete that category, create a new one, and reassign the post from the deleted category to the new one. But that could be a lot of work.

    How come I can’t select a category?
