# Cannot see User Levels list

 * When I go to users.php?page=post-levels.php in the admin section, I only see 
   this on the panel:
    “Collapse menu Add New Add Directory Configuration Categories
   Log”
 * And none of the users, and thus I can’t change user levels and give users access
   to the downloads.
