• Hi there!

I love the Klean theme so much, thanks for making an awesome theme!

I am unable to make my “News” page route posts to that page (posts don’t show up at all on my page, for that matter). When I navigate to Appearance – Customize – Static Front Page and make the posts page News, my Home page deactivates. Any ideas?

    Thanks!

  • Hello @johnkiernanmusic

Thanks for showing interest in the Klean Theme.
If I am understanding correctly, you want the posts to appear on the ‘News’ page.
By default, the posts appear only on the Blog Page, which in your case, is the Home Page.

Currently, it is not possible in the Klean theme to show posts on pages other than the Blog page.

It will be considered for the future updates.

    Hi there, Divjot!

Thanks for the quick response. I don’t mind having the News page route to the Posts page, however I’m unable to even have a post page in the top menu bar, again am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks!

    Hello John,

The home page is the post page, but the posts seem to have been disabled.
It seems you have disabled the posts from the Customizer.
Enable the posts from the Customizer and they should appear on the home page.
Then you will have to set the News page as the Blog Page and a Static Front Page as the home page.

    Hi there,

I have downloaded the WordPress file and reimported all of the original settings into the Customizer file (and some of the other CSS and php files), however the issue still persists and my posts are not showing up on the home or any other pages, no matter what settings I enable/disable.

    Sincerely,

    -John

    Hi there,

I’m having the exact same problem.
I’m actually using a child theme, derived from the original one, with minor CSS changes. None of them should be causing this though.

    thank you

    Never mind.
Found the CSS responsible. My bad.
    Apologies.

    Hi there divjot,

Sent an e mail a few weeks ago, hadn’t heard back yet.

Nunoemeneves, any chance you could share where you discovered the issue?

    Thanks both!
