• Hope someone out there can assist…I am venting right now, and it’s way past my beauty sleep time, so please bear with me…

I have over 15 plugins installed on my wordpress blog…using v2.7…hate the hebeegebees out of it by the way…still cannot understand why the brains behind wordpress have not come up with a “drag and drop” option to move widgets around…like getting rid of a side-bar by dragging it to a recycle bin or deleting it without mastering css…

    I digress,

My question is, how do I add google analytics code to my blog?

Try as I may, I’ve uploaded the google analytics plugin to the blog but I can only access it through the plugin feature, not under settings…it does not seem to appear under settings…nor are half of my plugins…

Also, where does the index page…the one you would be reading when you visit a blog, reside on one’s server?

All I can access through ftp are a bunch of .php files, none showing me the html code where I can add Google analytics code before the </body> tag.

    This is quite disconcerting…

Thanking you in advance for any assistance…
