Cannot search in Knowledgebase

    Hi @chcw ,

    Do you have any caching plugins enabled on your website? If so, please clean/purge the cache from your caching plugin and try again.

    Thank you. I have two levels of cache:

    1. WP Rocket Cache plugin
    2. Cloudflare CDN Cache.

    After disabling WP Rocket, the issue is solved. However, WP Rocket is a very popular cache plugin and I cannot disable it for ever just because this. So, is there any incompatibility between your plugin and WP Rocket?

    Hi @chcw ,

    You can activate the WP Rocket plugin as well.

    Just make sure to clean/purge the cache from the WP-Rocket plugin. Since we’ve updated our JS file in the latest update hence you needed to purge the cache from WP-Rocket plugin to resolve this.
