Cannot scroll with Zoom Box on mobile

If you choose “disable” for the “Zoom Box Position for mobile devices” setting, it does correctly disable the Zoom functionality on mobile, but it also means that users cannot scroll when their finger is on top of the image.

So it means users cannot scroll down the page while on mobile, because nothing happens when they slider their finger across the product image to make the screen move downward.

Please fix this to improve the mobile UX experience.

I have set “Zoom Box Position for mobile devices” to “disable” so that your YITH thumbnail image slider still works but the zoom function is disabled. It does disable the zoom, but it also means you can’t scroll when finger is on image.

But you will need to access on an actual phone to experience it happening, not on a desktop with responsive view.

Hey, just wondering if you saw this example page?

I’m about to throw a lot of traffic at this site so was hoping to get this fixed up soon if possible please 🙂

Have seen a few updates come through, but no fix for this? I will look for another solution if you’re not interested in fixing this bug. No hard feelings, would just like to know so I can look for another solution please.

Nope, still the same problem.

Mobile makes up the majority of traffic now, so it’s not very good 🙁

@yithemes is there any update about this? I think this is a general issue. On mobile device zoom working BUT can’t scroll page…

The same issue. I seems we should use another plugin because Yith doesn’t fix this major bug.
