Support » Plugin: Modal Window - create popup modal window » Cannot scroll on Mobile

  • Hello;

When I access my site from a mobile device (IE, iPhone) and click on Greek Holiday, the modal popup appears but will not scroll so you cannot see all of the popup. How do I get the scrolling working on mobile?

    Thanks

This happens if the height of the modal is set to auto and is less than the height of the screen.

    To solve this problem:

Set the value to option “Modal Height”
Select the value “Modal Height” % or px, but not auto

Thanks for the reply, but I already had “set modal window height” set to 80%.

I have tried every thing from 25% to 100% and none of them work.
I have tried setting pixel from 100px to 600px and none of them work either.

    What else can I try?

    Thanks

As noted, the problem occurs on mobile devices. The scrolling function does not work on either iPhones or Android. Does not work on Chrome, Safari or Firefox.

    very interesting behavior.

On your site, the scrolling of the modal window starts working only after you touch the text in the modal window.
What theme do you use on the site?

The modal window is scrolled if it has focus.
That is: on the computer, the mouse is hovering over it, and on mobiles, a touch is made on the modal window content

The parent theme is CityLogic, and the child I am using is North Shore.

I see that there has to be a definitive touch first in order for the modal to scroll.
    Thank you for the clarification.
