Is ajax enabled at the moment? I loaded 5 items to cart and faced no problems at all with scrolling or anything else. I was able to proceed to the checkout page smoothly.
It seems the scrolling problem is local to your system. Please clear your browser’s cache as explained in this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
You may also want to try from another browser or another device.
As for the fatal errors, it seems that there is quite some custom code added to the site. Can you disable the customizations and check if the errors persist?
We understand that you’d prefer not to make any changes on your current site. You can test this on a staging site by using the WP Staging plugin.
Let us know what you find. For further assistance, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I tried everything that was suggested. I tried to clear cookies and cache of my browser, tried using other browser and also did tried it on other devices. But it does not work. I don’t know how it worked for you. Can you please try again and while you try please see to it that the page is loaded completely because sometimes when page is not loaded, ajax does not work and when ajax is disabled, website works fine.

Thanks for the System Status Report.
I was able to replicate what you describe, checking the Console for errors I was able to locate one listing Elementor:

I also found other reports from this same problem, the root cause was another piece of software conflicting on the site. This can be a plugin or theme.
The next step to rule out the case would be a conflict test:

If you are able to reproduce this under the following conditions:
* An unmodified, default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty or Storefront active.
* No other plugins except for WooCommerce active.
We do understand that placing a site under those conditions may be disruptive. Many people maintain a staging copy of their site for exactly this purpose. That way, testing and troubleshooting can be done on the staging copy without disrupting the operation of the live site.
If your host does not provide an easy way to set up a staging site, you might want to use something like the WP Staging plugin for this purpose: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/

I let your shop page fully load and could replicate the issue.
From your system status report, I can see that your Checkout page is missing the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode. Can you please add that shortcode to your Checkout page and see if that solves the issue?
You can add that shortcode within a Shortcode block.
If that doesn’t work then I suggest you temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. Finally, test to see if the issue is resolved.
To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step – reactivate your other plugins one by one, and check the issue after activating each until you find the one causing conflict.

I found out what the problem was. As told by @nathvi and @shaonback2 i tried to switch themes and found out the problem was because of the theme i am using which is Woostify. When ajax is enabled, and we add item to cart, theme’s off canvas mini cart is supposed to appear but somehow in our website it is not showing up. the code still thinks mini cart is open and disables scrolling on main page. there is no way of turning the mini cart off from the theme.
For now as a temporary fix has been made by adding a simple CSS so that the mini cart does not appear.
