# Cannot save slider image

 * Hi there,
 * I cannot upload a new slider image. When i upload a new slider in appereance-
   > slider and hit save: [https://snipboard.io/z0A8o3.jpg](https://snipboard.io/z0A8o3.jpg),
   then this shows up: [https://snipboard.io/B3ZQI8.jpg](https://snipboard.io/B3ZQI8.jpg)
   and it does not get saved.
 * Any idea why?

 * Hi Chris! By default, WooCommerce doesn’t have a slider option under Appearance
   > Slider. That option most likely originates with your theme or another plugin.
   If you want to share your site status with us, we may be able to point you in
   the right direction here.
 * You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then“
   Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
