Cannot save/publish forms

    After installing Form Maker I am not able to create any forms. – I can add a new form and add fields, but not save/publish the form.

    There are no example forms, themes or links to settings for the form.

    My feeling is that there are a lot missing in our installation of Form Maker.

    Is there anyone else that has the same problem?

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Dear user to understand what the problem is we need to check JS errors and PHP error log.

    For JS errors, please enter the form, right-click > inspect element > console, and hit on save button, when it does not save it usually prints some errors there, please make a screenshot of those errors and send us.

    As for PHP error logs, if you don’t have access to them, then you need to ask the hosting service provider to give them.

    The problem can also be connected with the conflict with other tools you use, you can try to deactivate other plugins one by one and check the issue again.
