# Cannot save post draft

 * Hello,
    I have been trying to write some articles, but when I save the draft,
   the content disappears from the editing screen. When I go into the preview screen,
   the content is as it should be, but when I go back to the edit screen, the content
   is missing. In order to publish a post, I have to write and edit everything in
   Word and copy/paste into WordPress. I’m also having difficulty scheduling posts
   due to this issue. Thanks, Kelly

 * Have you tried:
    – Flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well
   as server and/or [browser caches](http://www.refreshyourcache.com/). Not just
   your browser, but any op cache or content network cache as well [such as Cloudflare](https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200169246-How-do-I-purge-my-cache-).
   If your host provider has a “Purge Varnish” option or if you can ask your provider
   to flush memcache on your server. – deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily
   to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this
   works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(
   s). – switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Sixteen, etc.) for a moment
   using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions 
   can interfere like plugins). – If the above steps do not help, then your browser
   can help you identify JavaScript issues or conflicts. Do you have any Javascript
