# Cannot save options or get API

 * Ok so I followed all the instructions I could find to resolve this. I checked
   the box and disabled the plugin, I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin. I 
   entered my email address for alerts and it will not save the info. I have successfully
   installed wordfence on this same server/host on a different domain and all works
   perfect.
 * Summary:
 * Cant check boxes and have the software save the data
    Can’t get an API Key

 * If you can’t save, then there is likely an issue with AJAX. Check for errors 
   in the javascript error console in a web browser when trying to save. Post back
   the errors and we can see where they lead.
