Cannot save hook settings for custom points type | WordPress.org

I created a custom point type but cannot set hooks for the point type.
I believe I could save some hooks before but cannot do now for some reason.

Does anybody else have something to come to mind?

I downgrade myCRED version from the latest version (1.8.4.1) to 1.8.3 then now the issue has been fixed.
Hope you can fixed the issue in the latest version as well soon.
