 * Hello [@interskill](https://wordpress.org/support/users/interskill/),
 * Thank you very much for reaching out to us.
 *
   To resolve the issue you’re experiencing with saving settings in the Elements
   section, we recommend increasing your PHP version to 7.4 or greater. Elementor
   requires PHP 7.4 or a higher version for optimal functionality. You can find
   more information about Elementor’s requirements at [https://elementor.com/help/requirements/](https://elementor.com/help/requirements/).
 * Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or require additional
   assistance.
 * Best regards,
   HT Plugins

 * Problem partly resolved –
 * in cpanel >switching off ModSecurity:> word press>settings>elements>(switch on
   off as required)>save>switch ON ModSecurity.
 * Do this every time you need to amend the settings page.
