    Hi!
I have a problem with free version of your plugin. It doesn’t save some colors in a widget and, of course, I cannot see the unsaved colors in my sidebar. I saved some colors, but cannot save the rest of them, mostly at the end of the color list, bot not only.
I noticed that there is some kind of JavaScript problem, I think, but the console doesn’t show any errors. The reason why I think it’s the JS problem is because when I click on a color button, the color pallete appears, but when I change a color on it, the save button od the widget doesn’t activate. It does activate on the other widgets, tho.
Tried to Google it, but cannot find any solutions. Can you please help?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,
Please, try to deactivate all plugins and see if the problem disappear. If so, try to activate them again one by one and see which one produces the issue.
If the problem is not from a plugin, try to activate the default theme Twenty Sixteen or Twenty Seventeen and see if you have the same issue.

Also, if you have customized files in your theme, please try with a fresh installation without customization.

Remember that if you have a plugin for the cache, you need to delete the cache before to disable it.

    Let me know.

    Hi,
thanks, but it didn’t work. I deactivated all plugins (except your filter plugin and Woo), byt this didn’d change anything.
What I noticed, though, is that when I added another YITH filter widget to the sidebar I could set the colors but only few of them was autosaved (about thee or four). The rest of them doesn’t want to save.

    Hi there,
do you speak about the color attribute feature of the widget? It’s not included in this version of the plugin.

I think I don’t understand something here. 🙂 I’m using this plugin: https://pl.wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-ajax-navigation/ and the description says: “Filter WooCommerce products with YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter widget (4 layouts available)
    List
    Dropdown
Color <———– I’m using this option
    Label”

    Hi Michael,

    thanks for your reporting.
Please, could you record a video for me ? If possible try to click on F12 and look if you have any js error in browser console. This is the console for firefox browser: http://prntscr.com/pfw3an

Please note that the plugin shown only the attributes that are linked at least to one product. In example if you create the RED attribute but you haven’t RED products, this aren’t shown in sidebar.

    Let me know.
    Have a nice day

    YITH
