• Hi

I’ve just encountered a problem, with the latest version. Even tested this on the “demo playground” on your website where you can buy the Premium version.

Contacted sale support, he/she verified the bug by opening a demo playground, and trying to update & save other colors.

I’m trying to change the default colors in the Demo playground, no changes at all occur.

But I can change order in the WooCommerce sidebar and such, but not changes within the “Yith Filter Widget”.

    Hello,

Why did it occur? Bug on your end?

I use the plugin in production on some sites, do I have to wait for a new update or some?

    https://plugins.yithemes.com/afecddda5e801b08587c5d2d550e9917/wp-admin/widgets.php

Can’t change Black to Orange, these changes are reverted back to normal.

On my sites in production, I can’t save any Colors at all. So the Attribute widget is blank.

    Where’s the color settings stored?

    Hi,
we’ve just tried in our live demo and it works fine!
You can see it here: https://www.loom.com/share/d753cbf258e24370a5ade5ca77bc3d2e

Please try to check if you have some error in browser console.
Furthermore, maybe something in your installation could conflict with the plugin and cause this issue.
In this case, to discover what is causing the issue you should isolate the plugin behavior; to do this, please, try to deactivate all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter active, and see if the problem is solved. If so, try to activate them again, one by one, to see which one causes the issue.
If the problem isn’t caused by a plugin, try to activate a default WordPress theme (i.e:Twenty Twenty) and see if you have the same issue.
Also, if you have customized some files in your theme, please try with a fresh installation without any customization.

Please try this solution and let us know what’s the result.
