    Thank you for your question.
 * Well, the site identity for example (logo at the top) and also any other information.
   When I click “Save & Publish”, it spins, and then it does not save any change.
   
   I did not try every section, but I tried with

 * If you want to change the logo just go to General option>General>Logo
    Then click
   on save and publish button it automatically changes the image you replace with.

 * Thank you, but it seems I cannot edit anything using the customisation of the
   theme.
 * It does not save the information.

 * If logo doesnot save then please unchecked the the preloader and smooth_scroll
   in General option>General>Logo.
