# Cannot restore “Others”

 * Hello Support
 * My website is hosted in SiteGround, I upgraded my plan there and they moved my
   website to a new server.
 * After that, I cannot restore “Others” anymore, the reset (Plugins, Uploads, Theme,
   Database) gets restored fine.
 * I tried restoring backups before and after server transfer, all the same.
 * SiteGround support tried to track the issue but no luck, they advised me to contact
   the plugin’s developer.

   I think this notice above is related to WP Hide and has no affect on the current
   issue, but i’m not sure, disabling the plugin not fixing the issue) [https://ibb.co/eUSf6J](https://ibb.co/eUSf6J)
 * I tried downloading the file from the website, unzipping the file has no problems,
   I tried to upload from my PC but the issue remains.

 * I disabled last plugins installed didn’t fix the issue.

 * Update #3 :
 * The issue was fixed, the problem was caused because of Duplicator plugin, after
   deleting Duplicator now it is 80% fixed.
 * Why 80% ? because all old “Others” files can no longer work, but new Backups 
   will be able to be restored successfully.
 * Also, this error : [https://ibb.co/fFYHLd](https://ibb.co/fFYHLd) remains, I 
   don’t know what caused it and what issue it is causing, but UpdraftPlus works
   fine with me other than it’s not working with Google Drive anymore since my last
   week’s post.

 * Update #4 :
 * Issue is back and now I have 2 different problems with Dropbox and Google Drive
 * Google Drive : “Plugins” and “Uploads” are corrupted
    Dropbox : “Others” has 
   no permission
 * Been like this for days I’m starting to look for alternatives but I don’t know
   what’s suitable alternative.

 * What I do is, I restore everything minus Others from dropbox, then i restore 
   Others from Google Drive.. a bit annoying i wish for a solution.

 * Apologies for the delay.
 * Please could you send us a copy of the following:
    - The latest restoration log where you attempted to restore an old ‘Others’ 
      backup
    - The latest backup log where the backup was sent to Google Drive
