cannot resize slidshow photos

    I have inserted several images, all uniform in size (800×400 roughly), but they show up very, very small within the frame of the slideshow. I’ve tried tweaking “Slideshow height” and “slideshow width” to no avail.

    How can I make my large images display at the size that they actually are, and is it very complicated to remove that white border around the slideshow?
