# Cannot reset password – Email retrieval not functioning

 * Hi,
 * Let me start by saying I am not an experienced web developer and have very limited
   knowledge.
 * I cannot seem to log in to my two WordPress.org sites due to it saying the password
   is incorrect. I had logged in a few days ago without trouble and have tried every
   single password possible since then.
 * This is happening with both sites:

   [http://www.rebeccagreen.photography/wp-login.php](http://www.rebeccagreen.photography/wp-login.php)
 * the email retrieval is not functioning: I never get an email.
 * I do not know what PHP MyAdmin is or how to access it.
 * I am hosted on hostgator.
 * Just looking to log into my sites and continue editing…..
 * Help!
