Cannot remove share buttons

Can anyone help? Quite sometime ago I installed a plugin for social sharing on my blog – now I cant remove or edit it and I no longer want to use it. I have been through all my plugins, old and new, but it seems to have disappeared leaving me no option to edit…..any ideas? It appears on every post
