Cannot Remove query strings from static resources

    I use W3 Total Cache along with free Cloudfare. I have tried everything, including the option in W3 Total Cache to remove query strings, I have tried plugins that are dedicated to removing query strings, I have tried adding custom php functions to functions.php and everytime I made a change, I emptied all caches but still GTMetrix and Pingdom keep telling me that my query strings aren’t removed.
    I posted this here because I do not think this is plugin specific.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Turns out that my hosting provider has a cache of their own. I cleared that and my changes started to make effect.
