Cannot remove "Get Access Now" image.

I’m a first time user of this plugin. Have figured out how to access and upload images onto the stage/popup through the media library. These images are easily removed by just clicking on them and clicking the delete X button on the upper left corner; however, I get no such nor see any X removal button when I try the same thing in order to remove the “Get Access Now” image. Any tips or advice would be helpful, please.
