    I have a problem with the registration to the Shipping Manager account. I don’t know what’s happening, but when I log in to the professional area, I see the Shipping Manager link: https://my.bpost.be/fr/shm-check, and when I click, I get the following message:

    Now, I understand what it says, but I already clicked and verified my account via the email I got from bPost. Am I missing something?

    Your website is very confusing and broken, with many different links leading to many different places. It is too easy to get lost and too difficult to get to the right links. Many links are broken and don’t work. Could you please update how we can register to the Shipping Manager tool?
