    Dear support team,

    I am trying to add the function to undo unsubscribe form my mailpoet2 in use. Therefore I use your instructions stated in your doc https://docs.mailpoet.com/article/71-customize-your-confirmation-pages AND I am using the plugin PHP snippets to add this function in my functions.php.

    Unfortunately I am getting an error message displayed:

    Don’t Panic

    The code snippet you are trying to save produced a fatal error on line 21:

    Cannot redeclare mpoet_get_undo_unsubscribe() (previously declared in /…/public_html/…/wp-content/plugins/insert-php/includes/class.plugin.php(184) : eval()’d code:7)
    The previous version of the snippet is unchanged, and the rest of this site should be functioning normally as before.

    Please use the back button in your browser to return to the previous page and try to fix the code error. If you prefer, you can close this page and discard the changes you just made. No changes will be made to this site.

    Please help to solve this issue.

    Best, Alex

  • It seems to be solved, as I have used the code twice which may resolve then an error!
