    when i actived this plugin, show this error:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ap_question_categories_html()(
   previously declared in C:\xampp\htdocs\wp\wp-content\plugins\anspress-question-
   answer\includes\taxo.php:23) in C:\xampp\htdocs\wp\wp-content\plugins\categories-
   for-anspress\functions.php on line 51
 * Notice: is_singular was called incorrectly. Conditional query tags do not work
   before the query is run. Before then, they always return false. Please see Debugging
