# Cannot redeclare control” notice

 * After updating Code Snippets to the latest version (which includes the new Elementor
   promotion notice feature), opening any page in the Elementor editor triggers 
   the following PHP notices:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       Notice: Function Elementor\Controls_Manager::add_control_to_stack was called incorrectly. Cannot redeclare control with same name "code_snippets_promotion_notice_elementor_pro".
       Notice: Function Elementor\Controls_Manager::add_control_to_stack was called incorrectly. Cannot redeclare control with same name "code_snippets_promotion_notice_elementor_core".
       ```
   
 * Both notices point to `/wp-includes/functions.php` on line 6260.

   Code Snippets 3.10.2.

 * We have corrected the duplicate initialization in our development branch already
   and this queued to be released with the next version update.
