# Cannot redeclare class MCAPI

 * So whenever I activate your plugin I receive _Fatal Error: Cannot redeclare class
   MCAPI ~theme\_widgets/mailchimp/MCAPI.class.php on line 3_ and it completely 
   crashes the website so I always have to disable plugin manually. I have 4.2.2
   WP and Soulmedic Child theme is running on website.
    Do you have any solution
   for this? I need to add subscribe form to the checkout page so I’m in a need 
   of your plugin. Thank you for your time, Tamas

 * Looks like you may have a plugin or theme conflict. Looks like you might have
   a theme that has a MailChimp widget and a class indentically named as one in 
   my plugin.
