Hi @sociobrightwp,
Do you know why your hosting provider thought our plugin was causing this issue?
Our plugin does not send any emails and does not customize or extend your WordPress’ site core email functionality.
I don’t know what’s going on but I really doubt our plugin is causing the issue. (I’d love to know if it was though!)
I’ve seen similar issues before however with a client using multiple email senders; they had Google Apps set up to send emails but also had their websites email set up through cPanel. I can’t remember the exact issue but it made it so only users with Google Apps accounts were unable to receive emails from the website.
Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful.
All the best,
Kevin.

Hi guys,
this is still a pending issue. I contacted my email provider, we changed some settings with cpanel and the issue is still there.
Can’t you recommend anything about it?
Hi @sociobrightwp
Sorry – we purposely stay out of the email world because it’s complicated and there are a lot of nuances.
I still think the issue is some mis-configuration between WordPress and cPanel.
Are you using an SMTP plugin? Are you using an SMTP service?
What I would recommend is to use a third party SMTP service like Pepipost, MailGun, SendGrid, etc. These are free (unless you’re sending lots of emails) and have helped us deal with email issues in the past.
Cheers,
Kevin.
