Cannot receive any emails via my WP site with SMTP or without

    Hi,
    I am not getting any emails from my website https://bigcitytrading.ca/. I am not getting any order notifications, contact emails, or WordPress emails. I tried everything SMTP, Sendinblue, and wp mail but nothing worked. Can anyone help me out with this issue?

    SMTP is “Send” emails. It does not “Receive” emails.

    You should setup correct POP or IMAP in your email client software. You can get the email server settings from your hosting provider

    so the thing is that I get emails on my account but my customers do not get any emails. All settings are correct. Wp Mail status is OK but I do not get anything in customers inbox
