# Cannot read property ‘strokeDashoffset’

 * Hi There I am am having exactly the same issue on three different siteground 
   hosted accounts. If I try and make any changes to the firewall settings Ii get
   the following console error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘strokeDashoffset’
   of undefined
 * I have tried it with every plugin disabled and the 2019 theme activated and still
   get the same issue. Any ideas?

 * We have had another user with the exact same issue. (Internal Ref: tickets/112164)
 * They were able to resolve it by creating a ticket on Siteground.
 * They mentioned that it’s something with their setting for `enforcing SSL`. If
   you can reference that in your ticket, it may point them in the same direction
   and make changes to your site like they did for our user.

 * You just beat me to it!. I managed to resolve it with siteground a few minutes
   ago in exactly that way.
