# Cannot reach plugins page

 * I am trying to understand the problems with image upload, and so I created a 
   completely fresh vanilla installation of 2.5.1 on my local server.
 * Image uploads work!
 * But I cannot navigate to the plugins page, to start adding them in one by one.
 * I get this error: The requested URL /wordpress/wp-admin/’ . $this->GetBackLink().‘
   was not found on this server.
 * Any ideas, please?
