 * Upon learning that the free version of this plugin does not automatically deduct
   purchased tickets from the total quantity I advised a client we should purchase
   a Pro license.
 * Unfortunately there seems to be an issue on the PRO website and the ‘Add to Cart’
   button does not function. I’ve attempted to alert the developers via the website
   but so far haven’t received a response.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fcannot-purchase-pro-version%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * It’s working fine for me – could you open a support ticket on our website with
   what browser you’re using so that we can investigate further? [https://wpplugin.org/contact/support-question/](https://wpplugin.org/contact/support-question/)

 * Collin, thanks for the response. I had already provided a support email last
   week but never had a follow-up. It’s possible the form is also non-functional…
 * I’ve checked the PRO plugin page on a macOS environment with the latest releases
   of Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome. So far Google Chrome is the only
   browser in which the ‘Add to Cart’ feature functions. Other browsers just process
   the hyperlink as `#`
 * I can confirm this happens in iOS Safari as well.

 * [@rkieru](https://wordpress.org/support/users/rkieru/),
 * Sorry for any trouble, and you thank you for bringing this to our attention.
 * I believe I have fixed the issue, please try again now.
 * In regards to the ticket, please email [support@wpplugin.org](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cannot-purchase-pro-version/support@wpplugin.org?output_format=md)
   so we can get that straightened out.
 * Thanks,
    Scott

 * I had the same problem yesterday; it didn’t work in Safari (14.1.1, Big Sur 11.4),
   but it did in Chrome. The button might be using a popup window that Safari suppresses!
   Don’t do that.
