    I had been selling a poster for years where the shipping price is include in the price of the poster because it needs to be shipped separately in a mailing tube. I had the weight listed as 0 so that shipping would not be charged when ordered with other items and this had worked fine to date. When the poster was ordered alone, no shipping option was offered but the customer could still process the payment. But after recently updating the Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce, when payment is attempted for the purchase of only the poster, the customer is receiving this message “No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” The payment cannot be made. Can you tell me what I need to do to resolve this or if this is a glitch with the plugin? Please advise. Thank you.

    Hi @nf45021,

    No updates of the Braintree plugin would affect how shipping works.

    The message “No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” is coming directly from WooCommerce in the class-wc-checkout.php file. That message is triggered if there are no selected shipping methods in the list of packages provided by WC.

    I would take a look at other plugins that you have updated recently, specifically anything related to shipping.
