• I purchased the pro version (multiple account) and I’ve been using SNAP for almost 3 months and it has been working really well until the last few weeks. And I have problem with the Google plus. The plugin cannot post to google plus community when add new account, the setting is correct and no problem when add new google+ account but when the plugin running the post always posted as public post not on the community page.

For existing account is no problem, it has been working really well to post on Google+ community, but for new account its a problem.

Please check and fix this problem.

okay, now its working to post on community, but the latest plugin (3.8.0) cannot Retrieve Categories and Page Names like the previous version (3.7.4) so sometimes the post still post as public. Any solution?

Could you please elaborate on that? What do you mean “cannot Retrieve Categories and Page Names”? What happens when you click little green “Refresh” button?

I got the problem for Retrieve Categories and Page Names, must add ‘c’ letter in the first of community-ID for example for ID: 114680432520059317293 must submit c114680432520059317293 then the categories will show on the page, if without ‘c’ letter the categories will be blank, and when saved and running the post will posted as public.

This problem for the new account, for existing account is not all got this problem but some account have this problem and got this error:
